What does ancient and modern wisdom teach us about managing the mind and emotions?
In part three of our series, we continue our 360-degree look at how to achieve our highest level of emotional resilience, critical in navigating our current day professional and personal lives.
Our previous session provided an opportunity to study how the brain impacts our emotions and offered strategies to improve brain health to benefit strong emotional resilience.
This session will focus on the mind and trace modern emotional resilience strategies back to what historical and modern spiritual leaders and thinkers teach us about achieving strong, steady emotional well being.
Participants will have the opportunity to explore the application of the concepts to a few brief examples and give one another feedback and ideas on how strong mind management leads to success.
